Современное состояние и перспективы развития систем для фотодинамической терапии гипербилирубинемии новорожденных

Аннотация

Проведен анализ современного состояния и перспектив развития аппаратуры для фототерапии гипербилирубинемии новорожденных. Показано, что присутствие в спектре излучения ламп ультрафиолетовой и инфракрасной составляющих, не соответствующих спектру поглощения билирубина, приводит к побочным неблагоприятным воздействиям на организм новорожденного. Констатируется, что с точки зрения как повышения эффективности фототерапии, так и снижения побочных неблагоприятных эффектов, а также надежности в эксплуатации и удобства в работе нет альтернативы сверхъярким светодиодным источникам синей и сине-зеленой областей спектра в создаваемых аппаратах для лечения неонатальных желтух.
