Математическая модель взаимодействия однослойной нанотрубки – иглы зонда с биоповерхностью

Аннотация

Исследованы особенности колебаний произвольно ориентированной иглы зонда, выполненной из однослойной углеродной нанотрубки (SWCNT), применительно к биологическим поверхностям произвольного масштаба. Создана математическая модель, устанавливающая связь параметров SWCNT иглы с особенностями ее осцилляций по принципу Даламбера. Посредством моделирования изучено влияние жесткости и геометрии иглы на ее положение в трехмерном пространстве с учетом прикладных аспектов биологии.
