Спектроскопия ближнего ИК-диапазона для неинвазивного измерения концентрации глюкозы в крови: проблемы, прогресс, задачи

Аннотация

Спектроскопия ближнего ИК-диапазона остается одним из наиболее перспективных методов, на основе которых ведутся разработки неинвазивного устройства для мониторинга концентрации глюкозы в крови пациентов с сахарным диабетом. В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы, затрудняющие создание достаточно точного неинвазивного измерителя, связанные главным образом с трудностью математического моделирования распространения излучения в биологических тканях, а также с несовершенством элементной базы для портативной реализации устройства. Представлен обзор современных подходов к усовершенствованию схемы измерения и математического аппарата для расчета концентрации глюкозы.
